Dumpsters are rented for 7-10 days.

Yes, the weight limit on all of our roll off dumpsters is 10 tons.

Minnesota law requires a 9.75% charge for residential generators or a 17% charge for commercial generators added to the sale price of the rental for garbage, refuse and other solid waste. Construction or demolition debris is also taxed at 60 cents per cubic yard or $2 per ton.

A county fee may be added for trash boxes in addition to the state tax.

Mattresses, box springs, tires, and appliances are accepted but will incur an additional fee.

Our drivers will carefully place your dumpster as close as possible to your desired location. The best and safest surface would be solid concrete. We can also use plywood to help protect grass and other areas upon request. Residents concerned about a paver or other stone driveway should contact us with details about their driveway.

Any hazardous material such as gas, oil, paint, batteries, asbestos and so forth are strictly prohibited for disposal. If you’re unsure whether other items fall in this category please contact us.

If you can provide as much detail as possible about your project we will advise accordingly as to what size dumpster adequate.

For instance, we can inform you of what size would work for shingles based on the square amount. However, this wouldn’t account for any additional materials that you may wish to discard. Just something to keep in mind before selecting a size.
